Who's On Your Team?
By Michael Angier

I don't have any employees. But I don't work alone, either. I love my independence, and I wouldn't think of going it alone.

I hire professionals to take care of various aspects of my business, but they don't go on the payroll.

And for the past 25 years, I've almost always been part of a master mind team. I attribute my participation in a master mind alliance to much of my success. In fact, as I look back on those periods where I didn't have a master mind, my progress wasn't very good.

The team I'm in now is made up of four other infopreneurs like myself. We are from different parts of the country. We have different businesses. And most importantly, we have different perspectives. We also have a real desire to support each other in achieving our individual goals.

We share problems, we share successes and give feedback. We offer our best advice to one another. We talk about what's working, what's not working and what's next.

So who's on your team? Do you struggle along by yourself or do you access the wisdom, experience and perspective of a supportive team? You really don't have to go it alone--and you shouldn't.

Action Point
If you don't have a master mind, resolve to create one now. If you already have one, put your best into it--and get all you can out of it.
