Video - Pamela’s Story in Ecuador

This story, prepared by an Ecuadorian television station, features one of the programs that Rotary eClub One helps sponsor. In addition to helping with funds for the initial work, Rotary eClub One now proudly sponsors students from the village as they attend College.

Below is a short synopsis of the video by Pam Gilbert.

"The first part is a ‘re-enactment’ of me getting lost in EC with my guide and the two boys on the other side of the canyon advising us how to down climb and cross.

"Then it shows the different buildings we have built in the past 9 years and their uses, plus talking about the water system which Engineers Without Borders designed and the people volunteered their labor to build, including the tanks and trench in the PVC.

"It also says that we now have some kids attending university when before they didn’t even have the opportunity to go to secondary school."
