ROTARY eCLUB ONE WEBSITE
PROGRAMS - EDITORIAL POLICY
Rotary eClub One welcomes submission of non-commercial news
articles that will inform and inspire our large international
audience of Rotarians and other visitors.
Each story we receive will be considered for publication,
however Rotary eClub One cannot guarantee that a story, and any
pictures it may include, will be published.
English is the language of Rotary eClub One. We accept text
written in US English, UK English or International English.
We reserve the right to edit any article, however we will not
make changes that affect the accuracy of the story.
Please note that our website policy prohibits requests for
donations for any project in which Rotary eClub One is not
involved.
We do not allow imbedded hyperlinks to other websites because
visiting Rotarians must stay on our site for at least 30 minutes
to qualify for a make-up attendance credit.
Here are the basic requirements for articles:
1. Limit text to 900 words or less
2. Use Word format
3. Do not imbed images in the Word doc (submit pictures as
separate .jpg files)
4. Confirm that there are no copyright restrictions on use of
any text content or images
5. Send to chris@apro.com.au
(do not send to our webmaster)
The foregoing rules may appear to be highly prescriptive,
however they are necessary to ensure that Rotary eClub One meets
its obligation as a responsible web publisher.
