It is through this
service that members
have the opportunity to be of service to their
fellow members.. Club
Service must attract, inform, and teach.
The members involved in Club Service make every
effort to fill any classifications missing from the
Club roster. They handle public relations, making
the community aware of Rotary and its good works.
They attract members.
Club Service keeps members informed through our Club
Bulletin, Member Memo, and through informative
programs and by emphasizing the importance of
reading The Rotarian magazine. They teach the
importance of attendance by completing required
hours of service, attending District
conferences and training seminars. They also
promote fellowship through participation in social
activities and frequent contact. They inform
members.
Finally, Club Service teaches new members about the
history, objectives and activities of Rotary at all
levels, and informs prospective members about the
duties and privileges of membership. They teach
members.
