President's Report - March 2012

Continuing Our Legacy of Service Through Cutting Edge of Technology

Dear Friends,

It is my distinct privilege to welcome you to the newly designed website for Rotary eClub One... These are exciting days for the life of our club as we approach the eve of our 10th Anniversary; and I can think of no better way to Continue Our Legacy of Service than to enhance our presence on the www Through Cutting Edge Technology!!

I personally want to thank Richard Pearce (one of our own members) for leading the charge to make this new website a reality. Richard not only designed the site... he has prepared a series of "tutorials" to make the new website easy for viewers to maneuver around. Please look for these tutorials over the next few weeks. I also want to thank Joe Spears for his concept support and Gary Fletcher for his transition support to bring us to this defining point in time. Thank you all.

Over the last few months I have focused many of my comments on the theme of "Celebrating 10 Years of Service on the eFrontier"!! Back in 2002 we the FIRST eClub allowed to be as part of Rotary International. Today, there are 57 eClubs across the globe. So we have an important part in the history of Rotary; and this is a legacy to be proud of....

I'm sure you'll agree that our new website will allow Rotary eClub One to Continue Our Legacy of Service!!

Together in the Mission,

Tom Green
President 2011-2012
