STEM & ROBOTICS WORKSHOP FOR STUDENTS

in NIGERIA

a Project supported by Rotary eClub One

Purpose: The purpose of the STEM education project is the gradual elimination and bridging of the STEM Achievement gap in communities, by inspiring and igniting a passion for STEM education and STEM careers in our youth through these STEM programs. This is both a Youth and Community Service Project.

Background: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education is considered basic education for the 21st century workforce.The STEM Achievement Foundation's objective and focus for this inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary STEM & Robotics based Youth Workshop is the elimination and bridging of the STEM Achievement gap in communities, by inspiring and igniting a passion for STEM education and STEM careers in our youth through these STEM programs.
